2017 1000 Year Hongcha, YQH: Dry: Smells like sweet meadow flowers after a dew, fresh. Soup: Floral, nectar, green grapes, dew melon, slight tingle on the lips, bone broth/gummy texture, moderate to low mouth feel, waves of energy. Later plums. Returning sweetness. Coating the back of mouth/throat. Saliva producing. Wild tea profile moving forward and more noticeable 3-5 and then fading to more of a compliment. Super clean/fresh in all sessions thus far.
